> Description
Osteoclast is a large multinucleate cell formed from differentiated macrophage, responsible for breakdown of bone. It could be characterized by the multi-nucleation, TRAP positive and formation of resorption pit.
OAASis a culture plate to measure the activity of the osteoclast in bone  research.  Due to its bottom coated with low crystalline of carbonated calcium phosphate, OAAS™ resembles human bone and will be a perfect substitute for dentin slice ever.

Activities can be observed with bare eyes during cultivations

 
You will have reliable data because the OAAS™ wells are bottom coated with calcium phosphate which acts as a substrate for the osteoclast, and it is more comparable to human bone than other products coated with synthetic hydroxyapatite'
You can observe the differentiation while you culture the osteoclast precursor cells. (Culture period: 2-3 days for matured osteoclast, 7-12 days for precursor cell)
You can observe the resorption area under light microscope without SEM and even with your bare eyes during culture due to the clear calcium carbonate coated wells.
